History

Nilkanth Enterprise Group marked the beginning of a new era in the history of real estate, in areas of Surat region like Kosmba,Kim,Olpad,Vadoli,Palod. The journey begun with constructing small houses and flats in Bhavnagar District and slowly started expanding, covering areas around of Surat District. Nilkanth Enterprise came into year 1993 and Nilkanth Enterprise Group came into existence in 2011. Since then group's customer base is growing parallel to the growth of the group. Group’s major residential and commercial projects are in Kosmba,Kim,Olpad,Vadoli and Palod.

Foundation

Nilkanth Enterprise came into year 1993 and Nilkanth Enterprise Group came into existence in 2011  The Group as named "Nilkanth Enterprise" was formed by Mr. PravinBhai N Pandya (BHUDEV) and "Nilkanth Enterprise Group" was formed by Mr Kunal PravinBhai Pandya and other partners who developed luxurious and comfortable living projects in association with Nilkanth Enterprise Group like  Gokuldham,Satsang Residency, Satsang Flats and Samarth Complex.

Now Mr. Kunal PravinBhai Pandya retains the name "Nilkanth Enterprise Group".

The success of the group is also shared by our staff members who have been working with us since the beginning of the group. They surely form the backbone of the company and their many years of journey in the company is a proof of the consistency and reliability of the group. Today Nilkanth Enterprise Group continues to inspire all builders in Surat due to its policies and achievements.
